Are the tickets digital?
Most tickets are digital and will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. We will begin distributing tickets Mid-November to early December. We do have some parking lots that will be physical tickets. These can be mailed or picked up at Sharp Seating prior to the parade.
How early should I be in my seat?
The parade begins promptly at 8:00 am. It is recommended you are seated by 7:00 a.m. if seated at the start of the parade west of Fair Oaks Ave. Otherwise we recommend being seated by 8:00 a.m. Regardless of where you are seated you should plan to arrive in the area at least two hours prior.
Are the seats reserved?
Yes, all seats are reserved and numbered. We have ushers at each grandstand to help guide you to your assigned seat.
Can you accommodate large groups?
We are happy to work with travel agencies and tour operators who wish to reserve group tickets. Bus parking is available near all seating areas. Please contact us directly.
When should I arrive at my parking lot?
You should add 30-45 minutes to the usual drive to ensure timely arrival to your lot. Please click on the parking page on our website to get specific driving directions to your lot.

DRIVING ACCESS TO CROSS OVER THE PARADE ROUTE ON NEW YEAR’S MORNING (COLORADO BLVD.) CLOSES AT 6AM SHARP! NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF YOU ARE CROSSING OVER COLORADO BLVD. TO GET TO YOUR ASSIGNED PARKING LOCATION; ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR TRAFFIC. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE YOU WILL NEED TO GO AROUND THE PARADE ROUTE.
Do you offer accessible seating?
We have accommodations along the parade route. Please alert our staff to any physical challenges anyone in your party may have so we can better recommend the best seating and parking options for your parade viewing experience. The Tournament of Roses also offers disabled seating along the parade route free of charge. You can get more information by calling 626.449-4100.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Please contact Sharp Seating right away and we will resend your tickets. Most tickets are digital and are sent to the email address you provided with your order. We cannot however, issue replacements on parade day.
What happens if it rains?
The Rose Parade and its events will go on rain or shine. Umbrellas are not allowed in the grandstands.
How can I help decorate a float?
Most of the floats are decorated by volunteers. Information on volunteering can be obtained by calling the Tournament of Roses at 626.449.4100 or on their website at www.tournamentofroses.com.
Will there be food to purchase near my seating area?
Vendors will be available at various areas along the parade route. You may also wish to bring your own. Space however is limited in the grandstands. Please do not bring coolers, large containers or anything that will not fit within your seating area.
Can you help me with game tickets?
The football game is sold in advance through the participating universities and conferences and the Tournament of Roses. You can get more information at www.tournamentofroses.com.
What shouldn't I bring to the parade?
For your safety, no alcohol, drugs, weapons, cans, bottles, umbrellas, banners, flagpoles, sticks, sign posts, placards or rigid signs may be brought into parade area or onto any grandstand. You may have to consent to a reasonable search for admittance into parade area or grandstand.
